We handle all tenant concerns, alleviating landlords from any unnecessary stress and late night calls. We also vet all tenants — we require verified ID checks, security deposits and an agreement to strict T&C’s to protect your property and peace.

2. Viewing & Conversation
We will arrange a quick property viewing and answer any questions to build trust, this ensures we will be a good fit to work together.
3. Agreement
Once we decide to work together, we’ll provide a management contract detailing terms both sides are happy with.
Then, you get paid and we handle everything else.
